Centennial Catalyst Fund

The Centennial Catalyst Fund was created to help fledgling companies succeed. The fund makes investments up to $25,000 –often representing the first outside capital raised for the company.  

Investments

All investment decisions are made by a committee appointed by the Centennial Catalyst Fund board of directors. The fund targets companies that need investment to reach important milestones in their development—and attract additional investment from conventional sources.

A philanthropic Intent

The fund is a 501(c)(3) organization and accepts contributions on a philanthropic basis. Contributors do not receive any direct financial return; instead, all returns will be reinvested in the fund to assist other young companies in the future.

Purpose

The primary goal of the Centennial Catalyst Fund is to promote job creation and economic development in the mid-Missouri region. Centennial Catalyst Fund investments are limited to companies based in mid-Missouri or willing to relocate to mid-Missouri.
